  • 3D simulation of the processes (combustion, scavenging, trapping) in internal combustion engines)
  • Injection and combustion characterization with optical and imaging techniques in optical engine or constant-volume combustion chamber with optical accesses

Objectives

  • Study the behaviour of alternative fuels when used in thermal machines and promote their utilization;
  • Study the behaviour of fuels when used in thermal machines in order to reduce their depletion and environmental impact
